Thomas is super polite and emblematic of the nice tradesmen that worked for my Mom back in the day. He's even dog friendly too. He had the problem spotted within 5 seconds of arriving in the affected room and repaired in >10 minutes.

How do you even begin to say enough good things about Tom? After reaching out to seven different plumbers on a Sunday morning when we suddenly had no hot water, Tom was the one who responded — and that alone speaks volumes. Replaced my beyond repair tankless hot water heater with a new one and it was an excellent experience. Good price, other estimates were higher. Replaced the tankless as quickly as he could after day of estimate and it was much appreciated! Highly recommend AR Tankless.

Tom was amazing helping us fix the water pressure in our master bathroom. He responded super quickly to my call and was very knowledgeable on a lot of plumbing aspects of the project. I also feel like he's a really "modern" plumber, if you will, in the sense that I got text reminders of our upcoming appointment, a text when he was on his way, and all of his billing was also very easy and electronic. He's also so friendly. Highly highly recommend!!

We had an issue with our tankless water heater and was not getting hot water. I called Tom and he arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it quickly. Excellent service he was very professional, honest about the pricing, and didn’t try to upsell anything. He also made sure everything was clean before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but I would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.

The technician,Tom, who came to inspect the tankless water heater was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue and had the unit running again within an hour. I appreciated the time he took to explain the probable recurring issue with the unit and yearly maintenance available. I will definitely use AR Tankless for future maintenance/service calls.
